The iottie waterproof skin case is awesome!!! I tried it and it really works. Yes, you heard me right. Like a fool I put it on my new iPad and I submerged it in water. Now I'm writing this review from that same iPad.

5.0 out of 5 stars I was skeptical but it works very well., April 10, 2012

I was skeptical but by trying it in stages, I found out it really does work how they say it works. I carefully put the cover on and started in the kitchen by the dishes, then taking it to the bathroom to read while soaking. Then I took it to the ocean and read for awhile while I was sitting on a sand dune. No problems so far. Next up, I went snow skiing and snowboarding, sat on a chair in the sunshine until a limbful of snow fell on me and my IPad but nothing happened to the IPad. I got wet but I just wiped off the IPad and it was ready to go. When summer came I went swimming. I had no intentions of putting my IPad in the water but, thanks to a small neighbor, it got kicked into the pool and right to the bottom in the shallow end. I jumped right in after it and when I got out I checked it and it was perfectly dry inside. I probably wouldn't of been so worried but I had left on the same skin for months and was afraid there was probably a hole in it. But it was OK.
