The Crystal Oleophobic Screen Protector for your iPad (3 gen., 2012) and iPad 2 is constructed with our most advanced screen protection technology. The Oleophobic coating provides enhanced anti-fingerprint protection and eliminates any grainy distortion caused by facial oil and other smudges. This is the best screen protector that I have ever installed and the easiest. In the past, I have been soured on the installation process from other screen protectors and have shied away from the whole idea. But I took a chance on this one, even though it is pretty expensive. I bought 2 of them (the second one after having testing out the first), installing one on my wife's iPad 2 and one on my brand new iPad. It took about 15 minutes each. It was simple. And I have no dust under either of them. Flater (California, USA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Green Onions Supply Crystal Oleophobic Screen Protector for the new iPad (2012) & iPad 2 (Personal Computers) Despite watching the application video and taking extra care about the screen cleaning process and having no dust, it was impossible to get a clean application with no bubbles! As the previous review stated, trying to fix the problem and reapply did not help and only made matters worse. Save your money and stay away from this product. 0 of 1 people found the following review helpful By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Green Onions Supply Crystal Oleophobic Screen Protector for the new iPad (2012) & iPad 2 (Personal Computers) This film seems like it might do what it is supposed to do and other products by this company have decent reviews, however, after watching the installation video on the company's website and reading the instructions several times, I was unable to adhere the film to the iPad without several pieces of dust creating bubbles in between the iPad and film. Every time I tried to fix this, following the company's instructions, things just got worse. I have successfully used other films on previous generations of iPad, so I am not sure what the problem is, but I would not recommend getting this one unless you have a dust-free factory at your disposal. |
